Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours, however, orders placed on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Standard Delivery is FREE on all orders. It is important to note that our FREE Delivery service does not always include tracking information. Shipping time frames depend on your location within the UK, but typically takes 7-10 working days via Royal Mail.

 

We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address, as West Bay Photography is not responsible for lost or stolen orders.

Physical addresses are preferred, as we are unable to guarantee the safety of items delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
